# How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your Health Insights order, email us at [support@insightsgenomics.com](mailto:support@insightsgenomics.com) or message using the chat button in the bottom right corner.

If you have paid for your Health Insights kit and are eligible for a refund, according to our refund policy, we will also process this for you.
