I didn't get the verification email
If you didn’t get your verification email, try the following:
- Double-check the email address you entered when you signed up for Health Insights
- Check your spam folder
- Try re-sending the verification email
Note that the verification email is only valid for 5 days. If you signed up more than 5 days ago, you'll need to request a new verification email. To do this, log in to Health Insights, click on ‘Haven’t received the email?’, then click the request button.
If there’s a mistake in the email address you used to sign up, contact us by sending an email to support@insightsgenomics.com or message using the chat button in the bottom right corner. Make sure you include your invite code in your email. We'll get back to you within 1 business day.
