Once the variant data is loaded (section 2), the forest plot will be rendered using default options which can be customised (section 4).
Studies are plotted by their effect size (beta), and includes the 95% confidence intervals.
Studies are grouped according to their phenotypic category, and study specific P-values and study sizes are shown on the right of the plot (figure 1).
