The Variant view tool provides genetic association data relating to a single genetic variant across multiple studies, displaying results in a forest plot. It is useful for examining the impact of a specific variant across multiple studies. This tool can be accessed from within Signal Explorer.
When the focal variant box is filled, the variant view button (highlighted in figure 6) will appear. Click this to open the selected variant in the tool.
