What is Signal Explorer?
Discover and explore genetic association signals in a specific genomic region.
Discover and explore genetic association signals (from GWAS, eQTL and pQTL summary statistics) in a specific region of the genome with the Signal Explorer tool. Identify studies with significant associations in the region, and plot data from multiple studies simultaneously.
The Signal Explorer tool is particularly useful for examining one or more association signals at a specific locus. When plotting more than one study the tool can compare the same association in multiple studies with all plots rendered on the same scale. The tool also highlights variants that alter the coding sequence, and indicates genetic linkage between variants in the region.
