      I can't see the 5-digit code to activate my test kit

      The 5-digit code used to activate your test kit is on the tube inside your test kit. See the example image below of a tube with a 5-digit code.

      If the 5-digit code is not visible or damaged, contact us. Email us at support@insightsgenomics.com or message using the chat button in the bottom right corner. We'll get back to you within 1 business day.
