If you didn’t get your verification email, try the following:
- double check the email address you entered when you signed up for Health Insights
- check your spam folder
- try re-sending the verification email
Note that the verification email is only valid for 5 days. If you signed up more than 5 days ago, you'll need to request a new verification email.
If there’s a mistake in the email address you used to sign up, contact us. Email us at support@insightsgenomics.com or message using the chat button in the bottom right corner. Make sure you include your invite code in your email. We'll get back to you within 1 business day.
