I have not received my test kit

Once you’ve signed up, we’ll ship your test kit within 3 business days via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

When we’ve shipped it, we’ll email you a USPS tracking number. You can use this number to track it on USPS at https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input.

If it has been more than 7 days since you signed up and you haven’t received your test kit, email us at support@insightsgenomics.com or message using the chat button in the bottom right corner. We’ll get back to you within 1 business day.
