What is your refund policy?

If you paid for your Health Insights test kit but no longer want to proceed, email us to request a refund at support@insightsgenomics.com or message using the chat button in the bottom right corner. We'll get back to you within 1 business day.

Your refund request must be within 30 days of test kit purchase. Any refund will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee to cover the cost of the physician order as well as the kit and shipping.

If you have already activated the test kit or returned it to us (we will check the return tracking code), you will not be eligible for a refund.

When we have verified your eligibility for a refund, we will issue a refund and confirm this with you. Once issued, allow 5-10 days for the funds to return to your bank account.
