We give you a risk estimate for each condition as a percentage. We show how your risk compares to people the same age, sex and race (ethnicity) as you.
Your risk of developing a health condition depends on the condition. We either give your risk over the next 10 years or by the age of 80.
Our action plans
For each condition, you’ll get a tailored medical and lifestyle action plan. It includes items you can discuss with a doctor (such as other risk factors, screening options and follow-up medical actions) and lifestyle actions (such as diet and activity goals) to help you manage your risk.
